Lifetime Limited Warranty

2XMobile, Inc. warrants some of its products against defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product. When applicable, Lifetime Limited Warranty will be printed on our product packaging. For 2X Mobile, Inc. product’s that are covered under a Lifetime Limited Warranty, 2XMobile, Inc. will replace its product if due to defective parts or workmanship or it does not perform as specified. This warranty covers only replacement of the product itself. This warranty is extended to the original consumer purchaser only. In no event does this warranty extend to instances where the product is damaged through uses for which it was not intended, misuse, mishandling, removal and/or re-installation, neglect, accident or tampering. In no event shall 2XMobile, Inc. be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or lost profits arising out of or related to this product, or the performance or breach thereof, even if 2X Mobile, Inc. has been advised of the possibility thereof. 2XMobile, Inc. liability to the customer, if any, shall in no event exceed the total amount of the purchase price. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. This warranty is in lieu of any other warranty, expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, any warranty of merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose. Any representations or promises inconsistent, or in addition to this warranty are unauthorized and shall not be binding upon 2X Mobile, Inc..

 

If at any time a Lifetime Limited Warranty product fails due to defects in material or workmanship, please return the defective product (with freight prepaid), to the below address. Please also include proof of purchase, a check for $5.00 for return shipping charges, and your return shipping address. If our Support Team confirms the product meets our requirements for replacement, they will ship a replacement product to you free of charge, and deposit the $5.00 check for return shipping.  If an email address is provided we will update you via email on the status of this replacement.
